Michael Page International (Belgium) assists a well-established financial institution specializing in wealth management and investment services in recruiting an administrative/AML/KYC specialist. The role covers onboarding to file closure and requires collaboration with compliance, legal and commercial teams.

The successful candidate will have AML/KYC expertise, strong analytical abilities, and fluency in French and Dutch (English is advantageous) to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, KYC, compliance or client support within financial services.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, MiFID, FATCA, CRS, GDPR or similar regulations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive team player with strong communication abilities.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of client files, from onboarding to closure.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and assess client documentation and risk profiles.
• Collect, verify, and maintain accurate client data.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, legal, and compliance teams.
• Identify and report operational risks when necessary.
• Participate in various departmental and process improvement projects.
