Responsibilities

• Manage KYC files from start to finish, ensuring proper identification and verification of customers.
• Review documents, follow up on missing information, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for branch managers, contact center, and colleagues on customer relationships from onboarding to offboarding.
• Analyze recurring issues in files and propose process/work-method improvements.
• Participate in optimizing teamwork and contribute to more efficient service delivery.
• Handle files for low- to medium-risk clients.
• Monitor quality, completeness, and timeliness of client data.

Responsibilities

• You manage KYC files from start to finish and ensure the proper identification and verification of customers;
• You review documents, follow up on missing information, and ensure that the files comply with internal procedures and compliance requirements;
• You will be the first point of contact for branch managers, the contact center, and internal colleagues with questions about customer relationships, from onboarding to offboarding;
• You will analyze recurring issues within files and proactively propose ways to improve processes and work methods;
• You actively participate in optimizing teamwork and contribute to more efficient service delivery;
• You primarily handle files for clients with a low- to medium-risk profile;
• You continuously monitor the quality, completeness, and timeliness of client data.

Requirements

• Holds a bachelor’s degree or has attained an equivalent level through relevant work experience;
• Communicates fluently and effectively in both Dutch and French;
• Always puts the customer first and knows how to combine a customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and precision;
• Preferably has some experience in the banking or insurance sector;
• Works meticulously and knows how to strike a good balance between quality and efficient execution;
• Remains calm under pressure and can navigate effectively between changing priorities and tasks;
• Has an analytical and critical mindset and focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems;
• Takes proactive initiative and is committed to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
