Keystone Solutions in Belgium seeks a Project Support Officer to join the client’s KYC/AML team on a consultancy basis. You will focus on onboarding, remediation, and alert processing within the 1st Line of Defense.

Hybrid role with minimum 3 days on-site; fluency in English and local languages; 1–2 years in KYC/AML; knowledge of Dow Jones and Salesforce; certifications such as CAMS/ICA are a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2 years in KYC/AML within financial institutions, fintechs or PSFs.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (Belgian law and EU directives).
• Proficiency with screening tools and client databases.
• Ability to analyze legal documents (UBO proofs, KB extracts).
• Experience in payments/acquiring sector preferred.
• CAMS, ICA or equivalent certifications is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review onboarding files for risk levels and UBOs.
• Prepare validation sheets for committee submission.
• Log and classify AML alerts and investigations.
• Support client portfolio recertification and data updates.
• Propose process improvements and standardized templates.
