Job summary

Rolls-Royce Solutions Liège in Grâce-Hollogne, Belgium, seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to develop business in the territory, manage opportunity pipelines, oversee orders and revenue, and coach distributors and partners on mtu Kinetic PowerPacks.

The position requires a Bachelor or Master in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering, or energy technology, with at least five years in infrastructure/energy sectors, fluent English, and willingness to travel; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in electro-mechanical or electrical engineering, energy technology or comparable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field within the market of critical infrastructure/ infrastructure/ construction & installation/ energy business, or comparable
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) beneficial
• Strong analytical capabilities and structured, independent working style
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Strategy development: actively look for new customers and opportunities, formulate sales strategy, expand market share.
• Quotation & negotiation: understand customer requirements, prepare technical and commercial quotations, ensure proper hand-over to execution.
• Relationship management: maintain relationships with stakeholders to increase turnover and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor: track market developments and inform stakeholders of opportunities.
• Support & coach: assist partners and subsidiaries with clients on requirements and solutions.
• Reporting: monthly reporting on quotations, orders, opportunities and lessons learned.
