EY in Diegem is seeking a Junior Consultant in Transaction Tax to support engagement work on Transaction/ M&A matters. You will collaborate with a team of Tax professionals to bring cross-border and local tax insights across diverse industries.

The role involves assisting with due diligence and structuring, while coordinating with related departments and leveraging AI-enabled tools. You hold a Master in Tax or related field and are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master degree in (preferably Tax) Law / Applied Economics / Commercial Engineering / Commercial Science or a Postgraduate in Tax.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Client- and market-focused with a hands-on attitude.
• Innovative mindset and strong teamwork.
• Ambition to become a certified ITAA Tax advisor.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsabilités

• Engage in Transaction/ M&A client engagements.
• Collaborate with Transaction Tax professionals to combine cross-border and local tax knowledge across industries.
• Assist in tax screening of companies (Due Diligence).
• Help set up tax-efficient acquisition structures.
• Coordinate assignments with other Tax sub departments and Transaction Diligence.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support research and deliver innovative solutions.
