Loyens & Loeff in Brussels is seeking a Junior/Medior associate for its Tier 1 Litigation & Arbitration group. You will advise and represent clients in state court litigations and (international) arbitration proceedings under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Belgian law with excellent academic record.
• 2–4 years of litigation experience, including international litigation and arbitration.
• Proven experience in enforcement and attachment proceedings.
• Fluent Dutch (oral and written); excellent English; good passive knowledge of French.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in state court litigation and international arbitration.
• Work under supervision of partners in Brussels within the Litigation & Arbitration practice.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and offices on diverse projects.
