Capgemini Belgium is seeking a junior HCM consultant to participate in every phase of software implementations for HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft. You will gather requirements, design HR solutions, and train customers while coaching juniors to grow as domain experts.

You hold a master's degree, know Java/Python and SQL, and enjoy blending business with technology in a client-facing role with multilingual collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java/Python) and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset and good communication; English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Preparation: gather customer requirements and present the overall solution.
• Realization: design HR solutions, develop interfaces, data migration, testing.
• Training: explain the solution to customers and prepare training materials.
• Ownership: grow as an expert, coach juniors and drive Capgemini Belgium.
