Trifinance, on behalf of a leading international player in the Logistics & Transport sector, is looking for a Junior Accounting Team Lead in Antwerpen. You will manage day-to-day accounting activities, oversee the workload, and help develop the team as it grows into a Team Lead role.

You will support colleagues in daily tasks, coach team members, and work closely with other leads, the Account Manager and Controllers, while enjoying flexible hours and the option to work from home one day per week.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Taxation, or equivalent experience.
• Dutch is your native language, and you have a very good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Processing financial transactions, including bank transactions, depreciation entries, and invoices.
• Supporting the team on a daily basis, assigning tasks, answering questions, and monitoring performance.
• Coordinating the onboarding and training plan for new employees, developing training methods, and ensuring colleagues have the necessary access and resources.
• Coaching the team on a daily basis and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Maintaining task lists and developing contingency plans.
• Working closely with the other Team Leads, the Account Manager, and Controllers within the organization.
