Vandendijk & Partners Tax Lawyers in Brussels is seeking a Junior Tax Lawyer to support senior lawyers on domestic and international tax matters. You will conduct legal and tax research, draft memoranda and opinions, and engage directly with client matters under supervision in a full-time, on-site role within the Brussels Metropolitan Area.

The ideal candidate holds a Master in Tax Law, has 1-3 years of relevant experience, is trilingual in Dutch, French and English, and is motivated to learn

Qualifications

• Master in Tax Law required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience as Tax Lawyer or Tax consultant preferred.
• Trilingual in Dutch, French and English is a significant advantage.
• Motivated to learn quickly.

The Junior Tax Lawyer will support senior lawyers in delivering tax advice to clients on a variety of domestic and international tax issues. Day-to-day tasks include conducting legal and tax research, drafting memoranda and opinions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Brussels Metropolitan Area, working closely with the team and engaging directly with client matters under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law with specialisation in tax law (Postgraduate Master in Tax law is required);
• By preference with 1-3 years of experience as a Tax Lawyer or Tax consultant;
• Trilingual : Dutch, French and English is a significant advantage;
• Motivated to learn quickly.
