Job summary

CSI Business Consulting in Belgium seeks graduates with a Master’s degree for a role spanning analysis, design and implementation on client projects. You will work in a team with consultants, an experienced project manager and a Partner, delivering parts of projects with client collaboration and senior support.

You will receive thorough training and day-to-day coaching, contribute to content from analysis to impact, and grow through a structured program toward senior roles while serving

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with outstanding academic record.
• Demonstrate initiative, responsibility and meaningful contributions outside academics.
• Relevant prior experience is welcome but not required.
• Strong interest in operations, project delivery, operational excellence and Lean-SixSigma.
• Motivated by delivering actual impact and seeing work through.
• Ability to solve difficult issues with perseverance, patience and practical adaptation.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passion, energy and entrepreneurship; teamwork orientation.
• Fluency in English plus French and/or Dutch; triple-language proficiency preferred for Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, participate in or lead workshops, analyze processes and data.
• Form hypotheses, develop simulation models and support the synthesis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with CSI colleagues and clients to implement solutions.
• Receive training and day-to-day coaching from senior team members.
• Contribute to project content from analysis to delivering impact on client teams.
• Grow within a cooperative culture and potentially advance toward partner-level opportunities.
