Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in management or IT.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Positivity and independence to grasp challenges.
• Be customer- and business-focused and in contact with customers.
• Willing to visit customers 2–3 days a week.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Be a Swiss Army knife with multi-project management.
• Team player mentality.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French on native level.
• Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Customer contact: work directly with customers and translate needs into technical solutions as the single point of contact.
• A-to-Z implementation: lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation with colleagues.
• Project management: coordinate expectations, budget, schedule, validation, and ongoing needs.
• Customer training: guide customers to be fully proficient with the solutions.
• Strategic input: help shape Easi's Salesforce pillar and support sales for future scopes.
• Polyvalence: advise clients to reach the best solution and broaden the project scope.
