Job summary

Anotech, a subsidiary of ALTEN, is seeking a Junior QA/QC Engineer to support quality teams across projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You will contribute to maintaining the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP requirements.

You will participate in deviations, CAPAs, change controls, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working on the shop floor with cross-functional teams. English and Dutch proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
• First experience through internships, apprenticeships or academic projects in pharmaceutical environment is an asset.
• Good knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements.
• Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in quality documentation management (procedures, work instructions, reports, and records).
• Support the handling of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Assist in monitoring quality control activities.
• Contribute to quality investigations and root cause analyses.
• Review production and laboratory documentation to ensure compliance.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure GMP/GxP requirements are applied and maintained on the shop floor.
