Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
1–2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or purchasing support role preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, JD Edwards or similar).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy.

Responsabilités

Administrative Support – Planning & Purchasing: process POs, maintain data, update planning files.
Order & Supplier Coordination: follow up with suppliers, track POs, coordinate documentation.
Inventory & Logistics Support: monitor stock levels, coordinate inbound shipments, track deliveries.
Data Management & Reporting: ensure ERP data accuracy, prepare stock/open PO reports, maintain records.
Operational Coordination: liaise with warehouse, customer service, and planning teams.
Performance & KPI tracking: monitor supplier performance, stock accuracy, and responsiveness.
