Job summary

Janssen Pharmaceutica is seeking a motivated junior pathologist or pathologist in training to join our BigPicture European Grant team. You will help select studies, de-archive, and assist in scanning studies, review digital slides and metadata, and annotate findings under supervision.

This position offers flexible hours (40 h/week) with a recovery day, the possibility to work from home for non-laboratory tasks, and opportunities to co-author publications while developing expertise in toxicologic

Qualifications

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Interest in Veterinary Pathology.
• Good level of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Select studies to contribute to the project and de-archive/scan selected studies.
• Review digital slides and associated metadata for quality and completeness.
• Annotate findings on digital slides and adapt vocabularies used in the grant.
• Participate in meetings to understand different parts of the project and contribute as a co-author to publications.
