Keyrus in Belgium is seeking an early-career data professional to join an MDM program for a major client. You will work in a tight squad with a senior coach and experienced architects, gaining hands-on experience from week one.

You will touch a broad range of data tasks, from profiling master data to building pipelines and improving data quality. The role emphasizes real domains, measurable impact, and structured delivery with short cycles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or strong Bachelor's) in a quantitative, IT, engineering, business or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 0–2 years of data/analytics/IT experience is fine.
• Affinity with data demonstrated via studies, thesis, internship or projects.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent Dutch or French, plus professional English.

Responsabilités

• Analyze master data across domains (customer, product, vendor, asset); profile, deduplicate, and map business needs.
• Configure and improve matching, deduplication and survivorship rules in an MDM platform.
• Build and maintain data integrations and pipelines connecting the MDM platform to the data landscape.

We are looking for a fresh graduate or early-career profile (up to 2 years of experience) who wants to work where data gets real: in the master data that a business runs on every day. You will join a long-running MDM program at an international client, working in a tight squad with a dedicated senior coach at your side and experienced architects behind you. Not a bootcamp, not a bench: real domains, real users, real impact from week one.

What You'll Architect

This role is deliberately broad. You will touch the full width of hands-on data work, and discover where you want to specialize:

• Analyze master data across business domains such as customer, product, vendor and asset: profile it, find the duplicates and the gaps, understand what the business needs from it.
• Configure and improve matching, deduplication and survivorship rules in an enterprise MDM platform.
• Build and maintain data integrations and pipelines that connect the MDM platform to the wider data landscape.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues end to end, from detection to root cause to fix.
• Work directly with business domain owners: prepare analyses, present findings, turn their requests into well-scoped work items.
• Document as you go: runbooks, data flows and playbooks that make knowledge shared instead of personal.
• Deliver in short, structured cycles with visible results every two weeks.

Who You Are

• You want to work with data itself, not only talk about it: digging into a dataset feels like solving a puzzle, not doing a chore.
• You are as comfortable asking a business user "what do you actually need?" as you are writing a query to find out what they actually have.
• You bring structure to what you touch: notes, documentation and clean logic come naturally.
• You want to learn fast, from real seniors, on real work, and you are not afraid to say "I don't know yet."

What You Bring

• A Master's degree (or strong Bachelor's) in a quantitative, IT, engineering, business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are just as welcome as profiles with a first professional experience in data, analytics or IT.
• Demonstrated affinity with data: through your studies, a thesis, an internship or personal projects.
• A basis in SQL and comfort with at least one scripting or programming language (Python or similar). We care about aptitude, not years.
• Analytical sharpness and the communication skills to explain your findings to non-technical people.
• Languages are a must: fluent Dutch or French, combined with professional English.
• Preferably an exposure to an MDM or a data quality tool, cloud data services (Azure), or data modeling concepts.
