Jubel is hiring a Junior Legal Counsel (Commercial, Data & Compliance) to partner with the General Counsel. You will handle contracts, data protection, and compliance in a fast-growing SaaS environment. A curious, business-minded lawyer will thrive here.

You will work on IP, M&A, and HR-related matters while supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, open setting. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with French a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contract law and GDPR.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• 1–4 years' experience in tech or a law firm (commercial/IT).

Responsabilités

• Review, negotiate, and close commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Provide data protection and compliance guidance, including GDPR and AI Act considerations.
• Contract management and pragmatic legal advice to sales, product, and management.
• Assist with IP, licensing, open source, and M&A work as needed.
• Support HR matters and corporate housekeeping; explore legal tech tools.
