EY in Belgium seeks a consultant to join the Global Compliance & Reporting team within Corporate Tax. You will guide clients through tax reporting, ensure compliance, and help translate financial data into tax solutions.

Collaboration with financial and accounting experts is essential to delivering trusted advisory services. You will stay current with Belgian tax legislation, assist with proposals and client meetings, and grow within a global network of professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in accountancy, tax and/or finance or Master’s in economics or law.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and good knowledge of English.
• Desire to learn and develop into the role.
• Strong client and market focus with excellent communication.

Responsabilités

• Familiarize with clients' financial reporting processes and tax positions.
• Ensure Belgian tax compliance and assist during tax audits.
• Identify and implement improvements in tax compliance processes.
• Collaborate with team and stay updated on Belgian tax changes.
• Assist with client proposals, presentations and meetings.
• Work within a global network of advisors and share progress.
