emagine in Brussels is seeking a Junior Financial Consultant to support business clients across an international banking network. You will build daily relationships, handle inquiries, and coordinate digital banking tools, delivering proactive, client-focused service.

Training is provided on products and processes, with the chance to grow in a genuinely international team. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with no prior work experience required.
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain daily relationships with a portfolio of business clients.
• Handle, analyse and respond to clients' operational queries on domestic and international accounts, covering a broad range of banking products (payments, reporting, liquidity/cash pooling solutions, cards, and digital banking applications).
• Coordinate and follow up on client requests related to digital banking platforms and connectivity tools.
• Track all open requests using an internal dashboard and keep clients informed through regular status updates.
• Liaise with multiple internal departments, both locally and internationally, working within a genuinely international environment.
• Stay up to date on products and digital tools through ongoing internal training.
• Support portfolio management by identifying recurring issues, proposing solutions, and acting proactively on client needs.
