Reply is seeking a graduate consultant in Belgium to support leading banks and financial institutions on risk management, finance and regulatory compliance. You will work with experienced consultants and client teams on strategic transformation initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to the financial industry.

You will develop analytical, consulting and project management skills in a dynamic environment, with a competitive base salary and performance bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics or a business-related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French plus English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with results focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Support major financial institutions in designing and implementing solutions across risk management, finance and compliance.
• Contribute to regulatory transformation, reporting processes, data analytics and risk modelling.
• Address real business challenges such as regulatory implementations and operating model enhancements.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants and client stakeholders on client-facing assignments.
• Develop consulting and project management skills in a dynamic financial services environment.
• Engage with senior management and regulators as appropriate.
