Progressive in Brussels is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Leader to kick-start your career in project management within the energy sector. You will join a team delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects involving high-voltage cable systems and play a key role from concept to completion.

You will support and gradually lead projects, contribute to studies, budgeting, scheduling, tendering, and site activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electromechanical/Civil/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Initial professional experience after graduation is required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Contribute from project definition to final completion and close-out.
• Assist with technical studies, engineering evaluations, and design activities.
• Perform calculations and help manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
• Support and oversee site activities to ensure safe project delivery.
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders regularly.
• Assume increasing responsibility as experience grows.

Hiring: Junior Electrical Project Leader

Are you an engineer looking to kick-start your career in project management within the energy sector? Join a team working on large-scale electrical infrastructure projects involving high-voltage cable systems (380kV, 220kV, 150kV, 70kV and 36kV) and play a key role in delivering critical energy projects from concept to completion.

Your Role

As a Junior Electrical Project Leader, you will support and gradually lead electrical infrastructure projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to projects from initial definition through to final completion and administrative close-out.
• Assisting with technical studies, engineering evaluations, and project design activities.
• Performing calculations and helping manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Preparing tender documentation and supporting procurement activities.
• Supporting and overseeing site activities to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Taking on increasing responsibility and autonomy as your experience grows!

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience after graduation is required.
• Strong interest in the energy and infrastructure sector.
• Effective communication skills with a confident and customer-focused approach.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Perfect command of Dutch.
• Knowledge of French is a strong asset!

• Location: Brussels
• Minimum 2 days onsite per week
