Progressive in Brussels is seeking a Junior Electrical Project Leader to support and gradually lead electrical infrastructure projects in the energy sector. You will contribute from concept to completion and grow with the team.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or related field), initial professional experience, and strong communication. Dutch language is essential; knowledge of French is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience after graduation is required.
• Location: Brussels; minimum 2 days onsite per week.
• Perfect command of Dutch; knowledge of French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Contributing to projects from initial definition through final completion and administrative close-out.
• Assisting with technical studies, engineering evaluations, and project design activities.
• Performing calculations and helping manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Preparing tender documentation and supporting procurement activities.
• Supporting and overseeing site activities to ensure safe and successful project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Taking on increasing responsibility and autonomy as your experience grows!
