Qualifications

• Around 1 year of experience in operations, contract administration, or related functions.
• Experience working in structured and process-driven environments is desirable.
• Experience in International Organisations contracts is an advantage.

• Maintain accurate records and operational tracking information.
• Ensure timely and compliant handling of requests and assignments.
• Support execution of framework contract activities according to procedures.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate delivery risks.
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
