MPower Plus in Brussels, Belgium seeks a Contract Manager to oversee complex agreements and drive compliance across multiple stakeholders. You will manage the contract lifecycle, including SoW, MSA and SLA, and handle amendments and disputes.

Fluent in Dutch and French, you will ensure GDPR/NIS2 and data privacy requirements are embedded in contracts and support clients in disputes with suppliers while aligning with the service provider.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and practical understanding of DPA, GDPR, and NIS2.
• Legal knowledge and contract management experience.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Understanding of contract structures: SoW, MSA, SLA, Change Requests.
• Experience of working in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of creating and managing contracts.
• Should have working experience with customer Contract management team.

Responsabilités

• The Contract Manager is responsible for managing the Agreement, including contractual obligations, Contract amendments and Disputes.
• Managing contractual obligations and contract amendments.
• Reporting on compliance with all contractual obligations.
• Following up on contractual disputes.
• Supporting customer in disputes with customer’s suppliers involving the Service provider and for which customer reasonably requires support from the Service provider.

Key Responsibilities:
