Job summary

NORRIQ is expanding its Banking Transformation team in Belgium and is seeking recent graduates to start their consulting careers in front office banking. You’ll work in one of the country’s largest banks, combining commercial flair with real impact, helping customers with everyday financial needs and guiding them to the best solutions.

You’ve just graduated in economics or related fields; a master’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics-related field is required.
• Recent graduates in economics, business engineering, applied economics or business administration are welcome.
• You are commercial-minded with an analytical, solution-oriented approach.
• You speak Dutch fluently; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• You handle daily customer appointments and branch reception.
• You identify needs and advise on tailored banking solutions, including insurance, investments, loans, accounts, and credit cards.
• You proactively generate business by calling leads and spotting opportunities, preferably via digital channels.
• You process and follow up on administrative and customer files, referring to specialists when needed.
• You contribute to branch performance and participate in meetings and trainings to support customer satisfaction.
