Job summary

LASEA Group is seeking a motivated Sales Junior (F/H/X) to drive business development in strategic markets for laser micro-machining solutions. You will identify leads, nurture opportunities, and build a client portfolio while coordinating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

The role involves traveling within Belgium and internationally, fluent English/French, and a willingness to learn the technology and market segments. A permanent contract and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales engineering, or a technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a B2B sales role in industrial/tech/high-precision environments.
• Customer- and results-oriented with strong prospecting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening abilities; able to understand technical needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of prospects and clients in target markets.
• Conduct active prospecting via email, video conferences, client visits, and trade show participation.
• Translate customer needs into concrete requirements and develop customized business solutions.
• Qualify sales opportunities by analyzing purchasing processes and competitors.
• Prepare sales proposals with Engineering Sales and technical teams as needed.
• Follow up on proposals and negotiations through to deal closure.
• Expand presence among existing customers and in new markets; build lasting relationships.
