LASEA Belgium is seeking a Mechanical Engineer (F/H/X) for its Liège location to contribute to laser micromachining projects by designing opto-mechanical subsystems and complex 3D components. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team and support assembly and after-sales activities to ensure high-quality solutions.

Ideal candidates are engineers in precision mechanics with optics knowledge, SolidWorks proficiency, and experience in machining and sheet metal fabrication.

Formación

• Engineer with a focus on precision mechanics, ideally with optics knowledge.
• Strong SolidWorks experience; capable of designing metal and plastic parts and creating complex 3D models.
• Hands-on knowledge of machining (milling/turning) and sheet metal fabrication; consider manufacturing constraints during design.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in laser micromachining projects and contribute to development of opto-mechanical subsystems.
• Design and model components and assemblies for optical systems and machining equipment.
• Provide support to machine assembly and after-sales teams when needed.
• Collaborate with LASEA teams, subcontractors, partners, and customers across Belgium and abroad.
