Sabena Engineering is seeking a Junior Compliance Engineer/Safety Investigator to support the compliance and safety management system, conduct audits, and serve as a contact point for customers and authorities. You will process reports, assist in investigations, and contribute to training initiatives.

The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering, knowledge of aviation regulations, and strong English plus Dutch or French communication skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in civil or industrial engineering or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of aviation regulations; PART 145 experience is a plus.
Strong MS Office and administrative skills are essential.
Detail-oriented, analytical, independent and objective in approach.
Process- and improvement-oriented mindset is expected.
Fluent in English and French or Dutch with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

Support the compliance and safety management system activities, including hazard identification and risk assessment.
Perform compliance and safety audits and issue reports; monitor corrective actions.
Act as quality/safety point of contact for customers, internal departments and authorities.
Process external/internal occurrence reports and contribute to investigations to derive safety recommendations.
Prepare training material and deliver training on compliance and safety procedures.
Monitor regulatory changes and inform stakeholders; support maintenance of manuals and documentation.
