BDO Belgium is looking for a Junior AI, Data or Automation Consultant to help clients transform how they work through data, AI and automation. You’ll join multidisciplinary teams delivering modern data platforms, intelligent automation and AI solutions across diverse industries.

You will grow with mentorship, certifications via BDO Academy and opportunities to explore Generative AI, Copilot and related technologies in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or in progress) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Data Science, AI, CS or MIS.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking, good communication, team player, and resilient under pressure.
• Near-native Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work in multidisciplinary teams on client engagements, applying data, automation and AI to create value.
• Design and implement data platforms, pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Contribute to AI governance, risk and compliance initiatives and to automation opportunities.
