PwC Belgium is seeking an Associate to turn complex financial, regulatory, and business information into clear insights. You will collaborate across industries, using data and AI-enabled tools to enhance quality and efficiency, and help clients grow responsibly.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, continuous learning, and strong communication within diverse teams, with a flexible hybrid working arrangement and ongoing development opportunities.

Formación

• Degree in accounting, audit, taxation, finance, (applied) economics, business administration, business engineering, (tax) law, or related discipline.
• A genuine interest in audit, accounting, tax, finance or business challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn continuously.
• Confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with good command of English.

About you

A bachelor or master's degree (or soon-to-be obtained) in accounting, audit, taxation, finance, (applied) economics, business administration, business engineering, (tax) law, or another relevant discipline. A genuine interest in audit, accounting, tax, finance or business challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously. The confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative mindset and desire to work in diverse teams. Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
