EY Belgium is seeking an ACR consultant to shape financial reporting for multinational and family-owned clients. You will become a trusted business advisor, moving beyond manual processing to deliver innovative finance solutions across EY's services.

You will support accounting, compliance and reporting tasks, contribute to management reports and budgeting, and engage in EYnovation and AI initiatives. A clear growth path and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics.
• Graduate this year or up to 1 year of experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French with good English skills.
• Team player, innovative and curious.
• Client- and results-oriented.
• Strong affinity with AI and applying AI trends.
• Willing to train and pursuing ITAA chartered accountant (optional).
• Tech-savvy; experience with Exact Online or ERP is a bonus.
• Available to start in September 2027.

Responsabilités

• Accounting & Compliance: assist clients with financial digital processes and year-end closings.
• Reporting: work on management reports, budgeting and analytical bookkeeping.
• Temporary assignments: assist in general accounting and internal optimization projects.
• Start-up and scale-up: contribute to EYnovation with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach.
