Working closely with the finance team, you will process invoices in SAP, support month-end closings, and assist with audits. Onboarding begins in the office with potential flexible arrangements after integration.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase and sales invoices, expense claims, and bank transactions in SAP.
• Support colleagues with accounting and invoice-related questions.
• Follow up on outstanding items and ensure accurate financial administration.
• Assist with monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation for audits and support compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain accounting procedures.
• Provide general support to the finance team and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.
