The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development and a genuine passion for guiding talent. You will build trust-based relationships, ensuring a motivating work environment, and contributing to the overall strategy of Sopra Steria.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Java Engineer, Java Consultant, or Technical Lead.
• Experience with mentoring, coaching, or team guidance is a strong asset.
• Ability to motivate, guide, and challenge employees in a positive way.
