Projective Group Talent, part of Projective Group, is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to work on core banking applications across the full technology stack in a cloud-enabled environment. You will own features end-to-end and grow your expertise in modern cloud-based engineering environments.

You will join a large Belgian financial institution, collaborating in an agile, multidisciplinary team to build reliable, future-ready systems and address complex integration challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot in backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Understanding of microservices, APIs and integration concepts.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication in English.

Your Skills

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot in backend development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern cloud technologies.
• Understanding of microservices, APIs, and application integration concepts.
• Comfortable working with modern development tools and cloud-based platforms.
• Eager to learn, share knowledge, and continuously develop your technical expertise.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• You take ownership and approach challenges in a structured way
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is required
