Kingspan Data Solutions in Genk is seeking an Information Systems Technical Support professional to join our IT team.

You will deliver high‑quality end‑user and infrastructure support, keep systems secure and operational, and collaborate with colleagues across IT to improve service.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Infrastructure Support.
• Good understanding of Active Directory user administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Experience supporting iOS, Android devices, and print services.
• Understanding of network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Experience working with ITIL-based service desk or ticketing systems.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and maintain servers, network infrastructure, hardware, and software environments.
• Manage incidents and service requests through the IT Service Desk, ensuring service levels are achieved.
• Provision, deploy, and maintain IT equipment while keeping accurate asset management records.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure.
• Assist with administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments.
• Monitor and escalate technical issues as appropriate.
• Support office equipment relocations and technology deployments per business needs.
• Ensure activities comply with IT governance, policies, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Promote effective use of IT tools across the business while delivering excellent customer service.
