Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking an IT System Administrator for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the organization's IT infrastructure, including deployment, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of services to ensure availability, security and performance.

You will provide third-line support, collaborate with the Systems Manager and IT teams, document configurations, and contribute to infrastructure evolution

Qualifications

• Must have strong Windows Server administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with VMware ESXi/vCenter.
• Scripting with PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Ability to produce and maintain documentation.
• Ability to work on client-site consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Administer VMware virtualization infrastructures (ESXi, vCenter, Site Recovery Manager, and vSphere Replication).
• Deploy, administer, and maintain Lansweeper IT inventory solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain WhatsUp Gold monitoring solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain WithSecure antivirus solution.
• Deploy, administer, and maintain SafeQ print management solution.
• Ensure configuration and operational readiness of multimedia and videoconferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of system infrastructures.
• Provide third-line support.
• Document and update technical documentation.

The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the daily operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves deployment, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technical services and platforms, ensuring their availability, security, and performance. The administrator will provide third-line support and contribute to infrastructure evolution projects in collaboration with the Systems Manager and other IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO services.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive).
• Administer Microsoft SQL Server databases.
