Atrias seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple Belgian energy market projects from start to finish. You will write briefs, plan and coordinate, manage dependencies and resources, and ensure quality while communicating with sponsors and stakeholders.

You will navigate English as the project language and engage French or Dutch at C1 level. The role requires strong stakeholder coordination and DevOps familiarity in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) for project communication.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch (C1 in one language and at least B1 in the other).
• Coaching certification or ability to leverage coaching resources.
• Proven experience as Project Manager (5 years, Senior).
• Experience with hybrid Waterfall & Agile (3+ years, Medior).
• Proven experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops (5 years, Senior).
• Proven energy market experience in Belgium (3 years, Medior).
• Experience with defining detailed requirements and coordinating project teams.
• Experience with DevOps and customer-related processes (settlement).
• Experience in MIG6 or MIG DGO contexts and related processes.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project manager with knowledge of the Belgian energy market, who will be responsible for the management of multiple projects from A to Z in parallel, including:

• Writing Project Briefs or Project Definitions
• Plan & Coordination of the project
• Management of dependencies inside project and between projects
• Management of coordination of the project members and IT resources
• Detect and mitigate Risks and issues
• Project communication, including management reporting
• Follow-up and updating the business case, including scope & financial management (defining budget, follow-up of the budget, alignment with the sponsor(s)…)
• Guarantee the quality of the end products and the quality of corporate processes
• Analysis of change requests on the project
• First contact point for the project sponsor
• Interaction between internal and external stakeholders
• Responsible for creating buy-in for the project and be present in touchpoint meetings with stakeholders inside and outside Atrias

Context

Atrias, as a joint subsidiary of the Distribution System Operators, manages and implements services that help the DSO's to realize the energy transition and support them in the development of the liberalized Belgian energy market. Based on solid expertise and knowledge, Atrias aims to be the reference in the field of standardization and normalization of market processes as well as for the delivery of reliable and high quality federated services for its shareholders.

In this context a number of challenging projects have been identified. We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to make sure these projects will be delivered in full.

Goal: In this project, Atrias takes on the role of coordinating, implementing, and orchestrating the deployment of a digital prepayment solution that will interact with the smart meters currently being rolled out in Belgium. As the Project Lead, your responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the existing project and its operational procedures.

• Demonstrable proficiency in English (minimum C1 level, able to fluently communicate in English - project language)
• Demonstrable proficiency in French or Dutch (minimum C1 level in one of the two national languages and minimum B1 level in the other)
• Possession of a recognized coaching certification, or the ability to leverage coaching expertise and resources available within your organization to support coaching activities effectively
• Proven experience as Project Manager (5 years, Senior)
• Proven experience for 3 years or more in a hybrid approach Waterfall & Agile (3 years, Medior)
• Proven experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops (5 years, Senior)
• Proven experience of the Belgian Energy Market (3 years, Medior)
• Proven experience with analyzing and defining detailed requirements
• Proven experience with coordinating projectteams
• Proven experience with Devops
• Proven experience with following customer-related process domain: settlement
• Proven experience with MIG 6 and/or MIG DGO processes (1 year, Junior)
• The candidate must have at least 1 of the following certificates: Prince 2 agile, Scaled agile framework (Safe) or Professional Scrum Master
• The candidate must have at least 1 of the following certificates: Prince 2 foundation or Prince 2 practitioner
• Proven experience in a coordination role in a project in the MIG6 or MIG DGO context
• Proven experience with at least one of following customer-related process domains: measure or billing
