EPSA seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple projects in the Belgian energy market from initiation to closure. You will write briefs and definitions, plan and coordinate, manage dependencies, coordinate IT resources, and ensure deliverables meet corporate processes.

The role requires strong PM experience in hybrid Waterfall and Agile, fluent English and French or Dutch, and a technical degree or relevant certifications. Some travel within Belgium may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing projects.
• Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK).
• Proficiency in English (C1) and French or Dutch (C1 in one + B1 in the other).
• Coaching certification or ability to leverage coaching resources.
• Proven PM experience in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile environment.
• Proven experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops.
• Proven experience in the Belgian Energy Market.
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and detailed requirements definition.
• Proven experience coordinating project teams and working with DevOps.
• Experience in the customer-related process domain of Settlement.
• Knowledge of MIG 6 and MIG DGO processes.
• Certification: Prince2 Agile or SAFe or PSM or Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with knowledge of the Belgian energy market, who will be responsible for managing multiple projects in parallel from A to Z, including:

• Writing Project Briefs and Project Definitions
• Project planning and coordination
• Managing dependencies within and across projects
• Coordinating project team members and IT resources
• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks and issues
• Project communication, including management reporting
• Monitoring and updating the business case, including scope and financial management (budget definition, budget follow-up, alignment with sponsors, etc.)
• Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and compliance with corporate processes
• Analyzing change requests within projects
• Acting as the primary point of contact for project sponsors
• Managing interactions between internal and external stakeholders
• Building stakeholder buy-in and representing the project in meetings with stakeholders both inside and outside client's.

Must-Have Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing projects
• Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies, including terminology, organization, roles, and processes (e.g., Prince2, PMBOK, etc.)
• Demonstrable proficiency in English (minimum C1 level, with the ability to communicate fluently in English, which is the project language)
• Demonstrable proficiency in French or Dutch (minimum C1 level in one of the two national languages and minimum B1 level in the other)
• Possession of a recognized coaching certification, or the ability to leverage coaching expertise and resources available within your organization to effectively support coaching activities
• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a hybrid Waterfall and Agile environment
• Proven experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops
• Proven experience within the Belgian Energy Market
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and detailed requirements definition
• Proven experience coordinating project teams
• Proven experience working with DevOps
• Proven experience in the customer-related process domain of Settlement
• Proven experience with MIG 6 and/or MIG DGO processes
• The candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications:

Prince2 Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) (The client may request a copy of the certificate.)

• The candidate must hold at least one of the following certifications:

Prince2 Foundation or Prince2 Practitioner (The client may request a copy of the certificate.)

• Higher education degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience
