Job summary

Easi is seeking an IT Project Manager Infrastructure to bring structure to technical chaos and ensure projects reach the finish line. You will manage a portfolio of multi-customer IT infrastructure initiatives, translating client needs into actionable technical plans while coordinating across engineers, sales engineers, and partners.

Based in Belgium, you’ll join a dynamic MIT team, travel regularly to customer sites, and help shape solutions during presales.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and working with technical teams.
• Ability to work with skilled technical profiles and translate needs into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from A to Z: plan, coordinate and follow up on IT infrastructure projects.
• Be the human bridge between customers, System Engineers, Sales Engineers, and partners.
• Keep multiple projects moving in a multi-project environment.
• Build lasting customer relationships across a portfolio of long-term clients.
• Think ahead to identify risks and prevent blockers.
• Support presales meetings to shape the right solutions and possibly budget management.
• Occasionally assist System Engineers on-site during urgent interventions.
