Tergos is seeking an IT Manager Infrastructure to lead and optimize the company’s multi-cloud and on-prem IT environment based in Liège. You will be the go-to technical leader, coordinating between security, IT management, and support teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements.

The role combines hands-on infrastructure expertise with people management, offering room to grow and flexible hours, including work-from-home options as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Server, Group Policy/Intune, M365/Azure, VMware and Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Familiar with asset management and monitoring tools.
• People management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain multi-cloud and on-prem infrastructure, including M365/Azure, SaaS, networking, backups, security, and patching.
• Coordinate with Group Security, IT Management and 2nd/3rd line support during incident resolutions.
• Oversee local MSP and ensure delivery of services.
• Lead infra projects from concept to implementation, maintaining SLAs and processes.

Our client is looking for an IT Manager Infrastructure

Fancy running the show for a company's entire IT infrastructure? We're looking for an IT Manager Infrastructure to jump into a multi-cloud setup based in Liège. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly, leading a team, and making sure security and operations keep on running.

The Role

• Keep the multi-cloud infrastructure humming, on-prem, M365/Azure, third-party SaaS, networking, backups, monitoring, security/patching. You still like being a technical guru.
• Be the link between Group Security, IT Management and 2nd/3rd line support when things break and need fixing.
• Manage the local MSP and make sure they actually deliver what's expected
• Drive infrastructure projects from idea to implementation, keeping SLAs and procedures on track

Your Profile

• You know your way around Microsoft Server, Group Policy/Intune, M365/Azure, VMware and Veeam Backup & Replication
• Comfortable with asset management and monitoring tools
• People management combined with technical expertise? Definitely a plus
