The BA will structure user journeys, maintain traceability, and prepare UX/UI specifications. You will manage the backlog, write epics and stories, and participate in workshops and QA/UAT processes.

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels, Belgium. The role involves defining user journeys, translating business needs, and coordinating with UX/UI, development and QA teams. MUST BE EXPERT IN MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities

• Define and structure user journeys and business processes.

• Manage the product backlog, writing epics, stories and acceptance criteria.

The BA works closely with the UX/UI Designers to ensure consistency in user journeys.
