Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will gather, analyse and translate requirements for development teams, map impacts on processes, and support projects through the full lifecycle in Agile and Waterfall environments. Fluent French and English are essential, with a proactive, structured approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent through experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Strong abilities in business process analysis and information flows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business and functional requirements
• Translating business needs into clear functional specifications for developers
• Mapping the impact of IT changes on existing business processes and systems
• Supporting projects through the full lifecycle: analysis, development, testing, acceptance, production and aftercare
• Preparing and coordinating functional testing and test plans
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders, owners, developers and project teams
• Working in Agile and Waterfall environments to improve and support existing applications
