NISH Tech BV in Brussels, Belgium is seeking an experienced Software Asset Management Specialist to support the management of IT software licenses within a leading Belgian energy and electricity transmission organization. You will oversee end-to-end license lifecycle, maintain inventories, analyze contracts, monitor renewals, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management or related fields.
• English is essential with professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and contract analysis.
• Experience with SAM/ITAM tools and license optimization.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT software licenses from request through renewal.
• Maintain accurate license inventories and renewal tracking.
• Analyse software contracts and usage data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare analyses, reports and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with IT, Procurement and Finance teams for license management.
