Tereos Aalst seeks an IP & Knowledge Manager to shape and execute IP and knowledge strategy, enabling innovation to translate into business value.

Based at the Corporate Technology Center in Aalst, you will support R&D and business teams with patent landscaping, literature reviews and competitive intelligence, while driving modern knowledge management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant scientific/technical field with IP qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property management.
• Strong portfolio strategy, analytics and competitive intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive IP strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Manage patent portfolio including filing, prosecution and maintenance.
• Lead patent governance and coordinate external attorneys.
• Provide IP and scientific insights to support decisions.
• Develop knowledge management practices and AI-enabled search solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, business, legal and external partners.
