Euronext Corporate Solutions is seeking an Investor Relations Advisory Analyst based in Brussels to join the IR Advisory team. You will produce market updates, listing reports, and presentations for clients across Europe, and support Shareholder Analyses and Post Listing Advisory Reports.

You will work with the team on building client relationships in France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Italy, analyze share registers, shareholder movements and provide intelligence to inform investor

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA is a plus).
• Fluent in English, French and Dutch.
• Business school or university degree in Finance, Economics or Capital Markets.
• At least 2 years of experience in capital markets, banking, asset management or investor relations.

Responsabilités

• Produce clients’ periodic market updates and listing reports (weekly memos, capital markets overview).
• Assist in IR Advisory initiatives, including content creation and event participation.
• Prepare meeting presentations and Shareholder Analyses for listed companies in Europe.
• Build client relationships across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Italy.
• Analyze local share registers and shareholder movements; provide intelligence to inform investor relations strategies.
• Support strategic group projects focused on shareholding structures of major indices.

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Investor Relations Advisory Analyst to join the IR Advisory team at Euronext Corporate Solutions. The position will be based in Brussels, and start in September 2026. You will report to the Shareholder Analysis Manager.

You will primarily be responsible for: Producing clients’ periodic market updates and listing reports (weekly memos, capital markets overview, read-across) in line with the quality and commitment standards of the IR Advisory team Being involved in IR Advisory initiatives, including content creation and event participation Supporting the IR Advisory team’s development efforts by preparing meeting presentations Assisting in delivering Shareholder Analyses and Post Listing Advisory Reports and helping build client relationships across France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands and Italy Analyzing local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and completing shareholder analysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all sizes and sectors Understanding institutional shareholding movements and providing intelligence on investors’ behavior Contributing to strategic group projects focused on analyzing shareholding structures of major indices in European markets Supporting the IR Advisory team on deliverables concerning all topics and mandates based on workflow and priorities

Your profile: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, formulas; ideally VBA skills) and ability to use databases such as Bloomberg and Factset Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills Interest in technology, equity markets and sustainable finance is an asset Fluent in English, French and Dutch Business school or university degree (Finance, Economics, Capital Markets) At least 2 years of previous experience in capital markets, banking, asset management and investor relations
