Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst / Associate in Brussels, Belgium to contribute to the Investor Relations team and the broader Finance & Administration group. The role interfaces with external investors and internal stakeholders to shape the investment narrative and disclosures.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing, crafting and controlling the quality of key messages, Q&As, publications, presentations and media used in the Investor Relations programme, as well as senior management presentations.
• Support the production of materials for quarterly reports (Q1 and Q3), the Half Year Report, and the Annual Report in liaison with Finance and Administration.
• Manage Investor Relations conferences and road shows, investor tours, meetings and conference calls, including targeting, outreach and relationship management, and contribute to AGM preparation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information of the Investor Relations section of the corporate website.
• Prepare, proof read, publish and distribute corporate communications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and proactively develop Investor Relations tools such as the contact database, consensus analysis, financial model and peer group analysis.
• Build over time to become a primary contact for external capital markets participants and internal stakeholders on subject related to the company’s perception in the capital markets.
