Job summary

Athora Belgium is seeking an Investment Analyst to join the Investment Office. You will support the execution of the investment strategy, contribute to portfolio oversight, and help balance return objectives, risk management and regulatory requirements.

You will engage with global financial centers, conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence, and assist with ALM analyses and private market investments, collaborating with internal teams and external asset managers.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Investment Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in investment banking, institutional investing or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products and derivatives.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Experience with ALM and private markets is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment analyses and recommendations for management and ALCO.
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics and compliance with mandates.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation reviews and scenario analyses.
• Perform due diligence on funds, strategies and external asset managers.
• Monitor markets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in ALM analyses aligning investment strategy with liabilities.
