Job summary

The role collaborates with Clinical Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT to align site milestones with payment triggers, monitor activities, and maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance, investigator payments, or clinical research operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investigator payment process for assigned clinical studies.
• Coordinate grants and payments to investigators participating in clinical trials.
• Partner with Clinical Operations and IT to ensure EDc/CTMS alignment with payment triggers.
• Review, validate, and process investigator payment requests within timelines.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely disbursement of payments.
• Develop and maintain investigator payment forecasts and payment schedules.
• Track payments against study budgets and identify variances.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to support study objectives.
• Monitor payment compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations.
• Support audits and maintain payment documentation.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and escalations.
• Contribute to process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
