delaware invites Bachelor or Master students to join its Salesforce internship program in Ghent. You’ll work on live client projects across technical and functional tracks, from building and configuring to analysing business needs, alongside experienced consultants.

Depending on your profile, you may help design Agentforce-powered assistants, support Salesforce solutions for Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, and contribute to DevOps and automation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master student in a code-related or business/analytical field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking; good communication and documentation skills.
• Interest in CRM, customer service and sales processes; Dutch + English preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.

Salesforce Internships (Technical & Functional tracks)

Curious how AI agents, Agentforce, and Salesforce solutions come together in real client projects?

As a Salesforce intern at delaware, you won't be working on a side project locked away from the action, you'll contribute to live initiatives that our consultants and architects are running for real clients, from Agentforce-powered assistants to scalable DevOps processes. Whether your interest leans technical (building, configuring, automating) or functional (analysing, translating business needs into solutions), there's a track for you. You'll work alongside experienced consultants, get real ownership over your topic, and see your work feed into projects that matter to our clients today.

Who are we?

Our Salesforce team helps clients across industries get more value out of their Salesforce investment, from Sales and Service Cloud to Marketing Cloud and the newest Agentforce capabilities. As an intern, you'll join one of our project teams in Gent and work on a concrete, real-world topic for one semester (September to December, or January to June). Depending on your interests and profile, you could work on things like:

• Build Marketing AI Agents that matter – designing, building, and validating an Agentforce-powered assistant that helps marketers and consultants speed up campaign delivery.
• Claude Co-Worker Framework for Salesforce Projects – investigating how AI assistants can support requirements analysis, user stories, solution design, test scenarios, and project documentation.
• Agentforce for Sales & Service: From Standard Capability to Client Offering – exploring how delaware can turn standard Agentforce capabilities into a well-defined, configurable client offering.
• Building the Future of Food360: Salesforce Solution Engineering – supporting the configuration and build of Salesforce solutions for our food industry clients (accounts, contracts, opportunities, visit management, ERP integration, and more), working alongside our Salesforce architects and consultants.
• Shaping Salesforce Solutions for the Food Industry – supporting consultants in analysing business requirements (lead generation, key account management, sample management, and more) and translating them into Salesforce solution suggestions.
• Designing a Scalable Salesforce DevOps Process – exploring sfdx-hardis, an open-source CI/CD toolbox for Salesforce, and applying core DevOps principles (version control, branching, automated testing, continuous deployment, monitoring) to improve our internal release process.

Technical tracks involve hands-on configuration, build, and automation work; functional tracks focus on analysis, documentation, and solution design. Either way, you won't be thrown in blind: our consultants and architects will guide you, and the topics you work on are grounded in real, active project needs.

• Are a Bachelor or Master student, ideally in a code-related field for technical tracks (Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Electronics-ICT), or in a business/analytical field for functional tracks
• Have strong analytical and structured thinking skills, and enjoy problem-solving
• Are curious about how AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve consulting and business work
• Have an interest in CRM, customer service, and sales processes
• Have good communication and documentation skills
• Have experience with Salesforce (a plus, but definitely not required)
• Speak Dutch, preferably in combination with English
• Are motivated to learn and eager to take on a real topic with real impact
• Are able to do the internship at our office in Ghent
