Lutosa, a Belgian family business with a global reach, offers an internship in the Supply Chain department. You will support KPI and dashboard development focused on planning and procurement, working closely with IT and Master Data teams to modernize tools and processes.

You'll participate in continuous improvement projects, develop reports on safety stock, and help standardize processes across sites. A 6‑month internship or work‑study option is available.

Function

As an intern in the Supply Chain department, you will actively participate in the development and modernization of our management tools. Your main mission will be to support the implementation of projects related to the development of KPIs and dashboards, with a particular focus on Planning and Procurement activities, in close collaboration with the IT and Master Data departments.

You will actively participate in several continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain department:

• Development of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to better manage the performance of planning, procurement and logistics activities.
• Implemented reports related to safety stock calculations to optimize inventory levels and increase supply chain reliability.
• Writing and structuring processes and standards to standardize internal practices and ensure consistency between different sites and departments.

This internship will allow you to acquire a global vision of the Supply Chain and to contribute concretely to the modernization and digitization of our tools and methods.

Profile

Student in production management, supply chain management or related field, you are looking for a formative internship in the heart of a stimulating industrial environment.

You are proficient in IT tools, including Excel and Power BI, and like to use data to derive concrete analyses and areas for improvement.

Curious and proactive, you like to understand how a production site works and propose pragmatic solutions. You are humble, but confident in your abilities, and particularly appreciate teamwork and exchanges with different departments.
