Job summary

Lutosa in Belgium is seeking an IT Security Engineer to lead the enterprise-wide cybersecurity program across two production sites and global offices. You will design security architectures, manage risk, and supervise audits to protect systems and data.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with on-site presence in Leuze-en-Hainaut and occasional travel to Waregem, coordinating with a global network of satellite sites. Fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a field related.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with risk management, threat intelligence and incident response.
• Solid knowledge of Endpoint Security, Microsoft administration and network security.
• Good knowledge of compliance requirements and certifications in Information security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• Asset: Experience in security architecture and risk assessment.
• Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work an average of 4 days a week in Leuze and 1 day per week in Waregem.
• Fluent in French and English.

Function

As IT Security Engineer, part of an IT team of around ten people, you implementLutosa cybersecurity policy accross our two production sites and central offices in Leuze-en-Hainaut and Waregem.

You also ensure that all security audits are managed effectively and efficiently. This responsibility also extends to the various Lutosa satellite sites in worldwide (sales and administrative offices located around the world) integer).

You're responsible for establishing and maintaining a comprehensiveenterprise-wide security program. This role involves the design, implementation and supervision of security measures aimed at protect the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Your main Responsibilities:
